I first became aware of Isaac Smith's work via his paintings. I was
overwhelmed by the expression of emotion he presents on his canvas
creations. He plays bold colors and deep shadows into a depth that
draws the viewer into his intent. Upon further review, I also
discovered his unique way with glass. I have not seen any other
artist use such a free flowing representation with this medium. Glass
can be so harsh and structured in it's display, but Isaac transforms
his pieces into fluid displays of grace. I find a soothing calmness
