International Contemporary Artists Vol III

I just received my copies of International Contemporary Artists Vol III and I am on page 231.  Very excited!

Completed painting

After a couple of attempts at different colored backgrounds this one works well  to bring out the greens in the leaves.

I don't like the background blue.  Detracts too much from the leaves.  This picture actually looks better than the actual painting in which the blue and green blend too much and is hard to see the contrast.   I will think about the background some more.
